Grab Yr Holy Water & Strap In ‘Cos The Trailer For The Final Season Of Lucifer Is Chaotic Evil

Lucifer

Cult series Lucifer may be coming to an end, but it’s going out with a BANG. Well, it looks that way anyway with the amount of I-don’t-even-know-how-to-describe-it bits in the final season trailer. Seriously, Lucifer (Tom Ellis) and Chloe (Lauren German) become animated characters at one point.

If you’re kind of a casual viewer of Lucifer (me) because your mum is obsessed with the show and makes you watch random bits with her (also me) then this trailer might be a little confusing to you. I have no idea what’s going on it, but it looks like a whole lot of fun.

In the final season of Lucifer – it really is the end this time – the devil himself has become God… almost. Lucifer is hesitant to step into the big shoes, causing the world to begin unravelling without God. So, what will Lucifer do?

Season 6 will be a bittersweet goodbye to all your favourites, including Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside), Maze (Lesley-Ann Brandt), Linda (Rachael Harris), Ella (Aimee Garcia), Dan (Kevin Alejandro) and wee Trixie (Scarlett Estevez).

It’s been quite the journey for Lucifer fans, who initially started watching the show on Fox, before it was cancelled in its prime in 2018. And then Netflix revived it with a 10-episode fourth season, followed by season 5 which was originally supposed to be the last season. But fans love the show so much, Netflix renewed Lucifer for its sixth and final, final season.

So, here we are. We’ve had a noir episode, a musical episode, and now…

What is going on!!!!? / Netflix

Lucifer season 6 premieres September 10 on Netflix.

I just – that was two minutes and 34 seconds of what-the-hell?

If you (me, again) need to desperately catch up on the earlier seasons, you can find Lucifer seasons 1 to 5 on Netflix now.
