Lindsay Lohan Suing ‘Grand Theft Auto’ For Nuanced, Alleged Depiction of Lindsay Lohan

America’s burning sensation Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 28th birthday today [stateside] in her preferred fashion. She treated herself like a goddess: she got her nails did; she cut a bitch in a CitiBike accident and she threw around the word ‘quiche’ with wild abandon. Then she filed a lawsuit alleging that Take-Two Interactive Software, the owner of Rockstar Games, have appropriated her likeness to create a less-than-flattering character featured in Grand Theft Auto V
It was the perfect birthday.
Per the complaint, filed to a New York City court: “The portraits of [Lohan] incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, [Lohan’s] clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by the Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years” before the game’s release.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Grand Theft Auto V references Lindsay’s nonpareil performance in seminal teen auteur masterpiece Mean Girls, her tumultuous relationship with the paparazzi, eating disorders, and the Chateau Marmont where Lohan once held court and compiled a rehabilitative dossier of her alleged sexual conquests.
Here’s a promotional image for GTA V, which was released last October, featuring Lohan’s alleged likeness, Lacey Jones. As you can deduce, it’s all in the jorts.
In addition to that, here’s another piece of evidence that Lindsay can and should hold up in court.
