Lindsay Lohan Completes Community Service, Is Now A Free Woman

For the first time in nearly a decade, Lindsay Lohan is a free woman.
The star of Mean Girls, aka your childhood, has spent the last eight years on probation for various criminal offences, including driving under the influence, theft and reckless driving.
After various court appearances and brief stints in jail, this week, Lohan finally completed the last of her 125 hours of community service, which she was ordered to redo after missing a deadline last year.
On Thursday, a judge in Los Angeles ruled that Lohan had completed her sentence upon finishing this community service, meaning that her slate is now officially clean.

Lohan posted a brief message to thank those she worked with, and also took to Instagram to share the below screengrab from TMZ, presumably the first and only time she has been happy to appear on the site:

Hard work pays off. Thank you to all those that allowed me to volunteer while in nyc. God bless you all. Amen ??????

As for what Lindsay will do next, that question remains open. Her IMDB lists no current projects, and aside from a recent insurance commercial, a 2014 appearance in an episode of 2 Broke Girls was the last time she appeared on screen.
She was well-received on the London stage in a West End production of David Mamet‘s Speed The Plow, so theatre acting is still defintiely a possibility.
She is currently spruiking a 14-day tea detox:

Love my @booteauk teatox! So easy to use on the move ?? get some at Bootea.com
