Late last week, comedian, truth-teller and sassy old person Joan Rivers walked out on a CNN interview, fed up with what she described as a negative line of questioning. The reporter’s questions were so soft that many assumed Rivers’ walk-out was just a publicity stunt to promote her new book, but she insists it was the real deal.
Overnight, David Letterman called Rivers’ bluff, by walking out on her in the middle of an interview. We’ll miss the hell out of this crotchety old guy when he retires next year.
