Leslie Jones Blasts Jessica Alba & Her “Nightmare” Company For Shitty Service

Leslie Jones is a very dissatisfied customer and she wants the world to know it, ESPECIALLY Jessica Alba.

The Saturday Night Live host has taken to Twitter to blast Alba’s all-natural company Honest, describing the service as “a nightmare.”

The comedian says she’s been using the consumer goods company for the last three years and has been happy with the service until just recently when things started to go awry and she demands answers.

“Ok @Honest you just lost a good customer. @jessicaalba please address your company that is not doing good business. I have [used] your company for more than three years now and these last three orders have been a nightmare!! I have [spent] too much money here for that to happen!!” Jones wrote.

Sensing Jones’ fury, Alba sorted out the issue quick smart and issued the following apology to the enraged star.

“Omg! I’m so so sorry you haven’t had a great experience. We are all over this issue and will make it right. I am so appreciative and grateful to you for being a loyal Honest fan over the years, especially as we go through these growing pains. I’m a huge fan of yours. JA”

The actress turned entrepreneur started The Honest Company in 2012 with an aim to provide a natural alternative to the prevalent baby products on the market.

“I founded The Honest Company because I wanted safe, effective products that perform. After all, you shouldn’t have to choose between what works and what’s good for you,” reads a statement by Alba on the company’s website.

The brand’s Instagram bio states that they aim at “empowering people to live a happy and healthy life. Providing trusted, effective, and delightful products.”

In June, the company announced it had received a $200 million round of funding from a private equity firm to help its products reach a global audience, according to CNN.
