Leo Is The Surest Thing In Oscars Betting History With Odds Of $1.02

Honest-to-bloody-god, if Leonardo DiCaprio doesn’t walk away with the Best Actor gong for ‘The Revenant‘ today, then not only will Twitter go into a collective meltdown of #LeoCrying gifs, but a few people out there will be walking away a good deal richer.

According to betting company William Hill, ~your boi Leo~ has today become the biggest favourite in Oscar betting history, with the odds of him beating fellow nominees Eddie Redmayne (‘The Danish Girl‘), Michael Fassbender (‘Steve Jobs‘), Bryan Cranston (‘Trumbo‘), and Matt Damon (‘The Martian‘) sitting at odds of $1.02.

Over on the Best Actress side of things, Brie Larson is *nearly* in the same boat, with odds on her to win sitting at $1.03.

Tbqh with you though, the temptation to chuck a fiver on Maaaaaatt Daaaaamon to win Best Actor – which is paying $51 – is rising hard and fast.
