Lena Dunham was recently in Japan, shooting the fifth season of Girls, and the compulsive over-sharer that she is, told Jimmy Kimmel that, while she was there, she caught a urinary tract infection.
To her surprise, though, she discovered that Japan is possibly the best possible place to contract a UTI – she would know, apparently, in that she’s had them all over the world.
