Lip Sync battles are a real, actual thing now, to the point where there’s a whole TV show devoted to them, so rather than resisting or asking why, it’s best just to enjoy them whenever they randomly come up.
Case in point: the following bout between Lena Dunham and Jimmy Fallon.
The Girls creator and star appeared on The Tonight Show ready to do battle in a sporty Nike outfit, explaining that “I wanted to take this seriously and I needed room to flex.”
They squared off on Calvin Harris and Run DMC songs, but when Dunham busted out Queen, it was pretty much game over. Here’s how it all went down:
