Are Matty J and Laura Byrne THE couple to have come out of The Bachelor? Yes, probably. Coming out of season five of The Bachelor Australia the couple first stole hearts with their pregnancy announcement at the end of last year, and then made us swoon with their super adobes engagement earlier this year.

Now they’ve hit the baby due date and little mate has not made any signs of getting on out of there, so the couple have shared a post of them attempting to encourage sweet bb to make a move.
“Happy due date kiddo,” the post says, “It’s TIME to vacate the premises.”
The video shows the Byrne running up stairs, crawling around, eating copious amounts of hot sauce, and other rumoured methods of getting your baby to pop.

Chatting with PEDESTRIAN.TV earlier this year, Byrne reckoned she didn’t care what gender the baby was, just wanted to get to meet the little dude.
“As long as it’s a happy baby, except for the fact Matt’s like ‘we’re having a boy!’ and I’m like ‘okay, you might want to rethink this just in case it’s not’,” she said.
“No, he’ll be happy either way.”
Byrne also opened up about the sheer joy of falling pregnant after a heart-breaking miscarriage.
“When I told Matt, he took a moment to process it,” she said in an interview with Kidspot, “…we both just stood there excited, scared and speechless.”
“It was everything that we wanted, but in that moment our excitement was muted by the very real fear that our happiness could be taken away.”
