Whatever they choose to call them, Purple Sneakers events will always be bound by the pure and simple fact that they’re the best parties in town. This week, they ring in touring mates Andy Bull and Owl Eyes to throw down for a DJ set alongside regulars Ben Lucid and PSDJ. When you’ve finished mugging for next week’s social photographs, you can probably check out the band, too. Otouto come highly recommended from Melbourne and happen to have that drummer from Kid Sam in their ranks, too. Their debut, Pip, ticked a number of boxes that were the right boxes to tick if you like good music. You should check them out. And have your photo taken, of course.
