Lara Bingle And Sam Worthington Face $3.7M Lawsuit From Paparazzi

Aussies Lara Bingle and Sam Worthington look set to head to court next week, as a paparazzi photographer is suing them for $US 3.7 million over a nasty stoush that took place on a Manhattan street in February 2014.
Sheng Liwho was taking photos and getting up close and personal with Bingle on the day, alleges that Worthington ran up to him and began hitting him “about the body and face” in anger.
The couple themselves have rejected his claims in their entirety, and Bingle says that Li kicked her in the shin while he was blocking her path. Her lawyer is likely to submit photos of her leg after the incident as evidence.
It is believed that footage currently held by Li could prove important in determining what happened, and judge Lorna Schofield has demanded that it be turned over to the court by Monday.
Li is suing the couple for $US 2 million in compensation, plus additional amounts for damage, lost income and medical costs. The jury trial for the civil case looks set to commence next Tuesday September 8 in New York.
