Kylie Minogue Drags “Secondary Reality TV” Star Kylie Jenner In Name War

Trademark law is usually a pretty dry affair. The general public’s care-level usually hovers around a solid “meh”, occasionally escalating to “oh, well, give it to them, ’cause they obviously did it first.” End of.

This is obviously the most unexpected beef, but fuck are we grateful it’s here. We can’t believe we’re saying this, but a recent tweet from Jenner might show she’s keen to move on from the consistent ‘K’ branding her family has used, and is deadset on running with her original moniker as a brand name.

That’s it, ladies – pistols at noon.
