Kylie Jenner’s Cosmetics Line Gets Super-Low ‘F’ Grade From Consumer Bureau

After the complaint mayhem that’s happened over Kylie Jenner‘s insanely hyped lipstick range, was it ever really to be expected that she’d be passing tests from consumer ombudsmans and business bureaus with flying colours?
Not really, but many of her fans had hoped she’d stepped up her game and gotten a bit more professional since earlier this year, when hell rained down over her stupidly-popular Lip Kits being delivered in shit condition – or not at all.
But, it seems that this is not the case.
The Better Business Bureau, a kind of privatised US version of Australia’s consumer ombudsman, has rated Kylie Cosmetics an ‘F’, which is obviously their lowest rating.
Many of the complaints over the past year have stated that the Lip Kit arrived damaged, leaking, or they just received an empty box, which the company appears to be blaming on theft due to the ‘highly recognisable packaging’. There’s some hectic stories HERE
But there’s been over a hundred complaints about delivery issues, and problems with the product altogether.
Just take a bloody gander at this complaints graph:
Considering how long Kylie’s Cosmetics has been around for – a year – that’s a fair amount of complaints.
