Yesterday, we reported on Kylie Jenner‘s infamously hype-lovin’ label ‘Kylie Cosmetics’ being given a super-low ‘F’ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
The Bureau gave Jenner the rating for a high number of complaints for consistent issues, including lack of delivery or the product being damaged or missing from the box upon arrival. The rating also represented the fact that 5 of the 130+ complaints had never been resolved.
(Note: Since the social media storm, the Bureau has now changed Kylie Cosmetic’s rating to ‘No Rating’. They say they are they’re ‘waiting on updates on the brand’s customer service and quality issues’.)
The rating definitely fell in line with some of the public complaints P.TV have published in the past year; we reported on a bunch of bloggers and customers who weren’t at all happy after their Kylie Lip Kits arrived in shitty condition, or not at all.
Overnight, Kylie has clapped back at the claims, posting a short letter on her website stating that she’s ‘sick and tired of people coming for her business’:
While we’re not sure a consumer bureau is ‘coming for her business’ in a bitchy manner like the general public do for her family, at least Jenner addressed the issue and is promising resolutions and improvement. That’s a start.
