Kyle Sandilands has a long and chequered history of pushing the envelope, but this week, he may have just knocked it over a cliff.
When news.com.au writer Alison Stephenson slammed his TV show premiere A Night With The Stars yesterday (which, incidentally, tanked), Sandilands went on the offensive, naming and shaming the reporter in a way that not only demeans women, but indeed everybody who believes in good taste:
“Some fat slag on the Telegraph website, sorry, news.com.au, has already branded it a disaster. You can tell by reading the article she just hates us. What a fat bitter thing you are. You’ve got a nothing job anyway. You’re a piece of shit.”
“You are supposed to be impartial, you little troll … You’re a bullshit artist girl. That’s what you are. You should be fired from your job.”
“You haven’t got that much titty to be wearing that low cut a blouse. Watch your mouth girl, or I will hunt you down.”
The shock jock and TV personality has been in the news for his crimes against the Australian public previously. After all, none of us can forget his incessant questioning of a 14 year-old about her sexual history on air two years ago, which led to his morning show with Jackie O being pulled from the airwaves for a whole fortnight. We sometimes wonder how Jackie O deals with this guy every morning. So too, it seems, does one of the show’s biggest sponsors, Holden, who are seeking to distance themselves from the duo after the affair.
We reckon they should round up the Commodores and the f–k outta there.
