That’s So Raven’s Kyle Massey Sued For Allegedly Sending Explicit Texts To Minor

Former That’s So Raven star Kyle Massey is reportedly being sued by a 13-year-old girl who claims he sent her sexually explicit messages, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly.

The 27-year-old allegedly sent suggestive texts, images and videos to the teenage girl, who remains anonymous.

The lawsuit, which has yet to be formally filed, claims that the child and her mother met the Disney Channel alum in 2009 when she was 4-years-old.

The actor stayed in touch with her and led her to believe that he could assist in getting her a career in the industry.

In December 2018, Massey allegedly offered to let the girl come to Los Angeles, where she would stay with him and his girlfriend while he helped her get an agent but days later, he started sending sexually explicit content.

The alleged victim plans to sue the actor for $1.5 million for intentional infliction of emotional distress and three counts of negligence, including harmful matter sent with intent of seduction of a minor, attempting to commit a lewd act with a minor and annoying or molesting a minor.

The Cory in the House star’s mother Angel Massey took to Instagram to defend her son, writing: “KYLE MASSEY IS THE VICTIM! Where is the justice for MEN?!” she wrote.

“Women get to say and do what they want and file lawsuits under JANE DOE! … THIS #MEETOO IS GOING #MEFAR!”
