More Shocking Details Surrounding Kristin Cavallari’s Divorce Have Emerged & Holy Shit

Now that Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler’s forthcoming divorce is out in the open, more and more wild details about the demise of their marriage has emerged.

Court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight reveal Cutler “is guilty of such inappropriate marital conduct as renders further cohabitation unsafe and improper.”

Cavallari’s lawyer added that “any misconduct alleged or implied against her in the complaint for divorce was in response to and/or as a result of misconduct on behalf of the Husband.”

Cutler was the first to file for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences,” according to ET, and listed their date of separation as April 21, the same day he filed the documents.

Interestingly, Us Weekly revealed the papers were filed the day their family-of-five returned home to Nashville following a controversial vacation.

The family got stuck in the Bahamas with close relatives and friends and fellow Very Cavallari figures Justin Anderson and his fiancé, Austin ‘Scoot’ Rhodes after the country issued a COVID-19 lockdown order during their trip.

Throughout the time, people criticised the party for the irresponsibly timed vacation.

They documented their journey, which they called a “very modern family spring break,” on Instagram and eventually made it home by April 7 – meaning their stay in the Bahamas lasted three weeks.

During their trip, there were few to zero photos of Cavallari and her estranged husband, which also raised red flags.

The divorce filings come amid cheating rumours that have plagued the couple of more than 10 years.

During the last season of their reality show, Kristin and her former best friend Kelly Henderson had a falling out after speculation that she and Jay were allegedly having an affair.

The former MTV reality star said she didn’t believe the affair accusations, but was opposed to how Kelly reacted to it.

Kristin believed the Velvet’s Edge blogger added “fuel to the fire” by bringing up Jay on Twitter and felt she “was using Jay for her own personal gain.”

Despite seemingly putting the cheating rumours to bed, they have been resurrected in the midst of the messy divorce and could possibly be what was referred to in the court documents where she accuses Cutler of inappropriate marital conduct.

Cavallari listed the date of separation on her documents as April 7.
