Arrested Development just got a shot of A-list awesomeness with news that Kristen Wiig and Seth Rogen will make appearances in the upcoming season. Further more, it’s been leaked that Wiig will play the young Lucile Bluth. Pairing Wigg with Jessica Walter is a stroke of genius given they are excellent comedic actresses, they look vaguely similar, and both excel at playing snarky drunks. This will be amazing.
Wiig and Rogen join a guest list including Conan O’Brien, Isla Fisher and Mad Men’sJohn Slattery. Expect stiff competition in the I-want-to-surpass-Carl-Weathers-as-best-cameo stakes.
Arrested Development Season 4 will premiere on Netflix in May.
