It’s official: Chrissy Teigen has been scrubbed off Safely, the cleaning brand she co-created with Momager Kris Jenner.
“Chrissy will be stepping away from Safely to take much needed time to focus on herself and be with her family,” the statement read.
“We fully support her decision and are so thankful for her contributions. The brand will continue to move forward and focus on our important mission of bringing high quality, hard-working cleaning products to all American households.”

Keeping Up With That Kardashians star Kris Jenner and influencer Chrissy Teigen kickstarted the brand, Safely, back in March, and took on the roles of founders and spokespeople.
The products later dropped in May, around the same time that Courtney Stodden unleashed on Chrissy Teigen in an interview with The Daily Beast, and, according to The Sun, the products have “tanked” as a result.
“Kris Jenner has been in crisis mode for weeks with Chrissy’s scandal,” an insider said. “She likes Chrissy but she’s a numbers girl first and their sales tanked after all of Chrissy’s tweets came out.”

Since then, the brand has been forced to “completely change” its marketing strategy and remove Chrissy Teigen from all promo.
“They know they can’t show Chrissy anymore but her with her kids was originally the whole appeal of the brand,” the source said. “It’s been a very pricey mistake.”
At the time of The Sun’s report, it was claimed that Chrissy would still be on board in a smaller capacity, but she would no longer be a spokesperson or involved in any promo (Chrissy hasn’t been included in promo for the brand since May 9).
“It’s tricky since she was part of creating the company, she’s not just a spokesperson,” the source said.
Now, it looks like Kris Jenner has decided to yeet her off completely and press on with the brand solo. Wise move, I feel.
