Just gonna say it: The Vogue 73 Questions is an absolute wankfest where celebrities show off their pristine homes that they probably didn’t even decorate nor clean, while spitting out overly rehearsed answers to lame-ass questions. But still, it’s always fun to peek into famous homes and hear each star’s take on all 73 questions (no matter how contrived they are), and the different answers that Kim Kardashian and Selena Gomez gave to one question in particular has gone viral.
A TikTok has pointed out that Kim and Sel both got asked for the one thing they can’t live without and their answers differed greatly.
Selena’s answer: “My family.”
Kim’s answer: “Gotta be my KKW contour.”

To be fair, Kim Kardashian probably thought this was just a fun, light-hearted thingo that called for less serious answers. I mean, he did ask for a THING you can’t live without, not WHO you can’t live without. Plus, she’d probably just released her KKW contour at the time and was on the promo trail.
A lot of times, celebrities literally only agree to do press because they’re releasing something at the same time (a new song, a new movie, a new series, a new fragrance, a new whatever) and they need to promote it as much as possible. So although being asked to do Vogue is hella cool, she probably only agreed to take time out of her day to answer (read: rehearse, then answer) the 73 questions if she was getting some brand promotion out of it.
So no, we’re not saying Kim Kardashian doesn’t care about her family, we’re just saying that the difference in answers, when ya stitch them together, is somewhat amusing. That’s all.
