We preface this today by getting ahead of those of you who’ll inevitably chuck an almighty tantrum at the existence of this article, and will thusly throw your hands up, proclaim “this is not news!” and bemoan the fall of the media industry writ large.

We see you. We see all of you. And yet here you are, clicking and reading. The snake will eat itself.

Kim Kardashian West stirred things up overnight by posting a throwback photo of her wearing naught but a pair of digital black bars to the ole’ Gram.

When you’re like I have nothing to wear LOL

The response was huge, and generally followed a running theme of multiple fire emojis.

However, not all viewed the post quite as positively. Some of those people happened to be celebrities. And some of those celebrities had Twitter accounts, with which they used to impart their opinion on matters.

Only problem is, this is the internet, which is Kimmy’s domain.

Kimmy sees all.

And she does not pull punches.

In a flurry of tweets that are (at the time of writing) still ongoing, Kardashian hit back at a number of targets.

Firstly, those who jokingly suggested that her husband Kanye West‘s self-reported personal debt of $53million meant that she can’t afford new clothes.

Then came the more specific stuff.

Journalist and professional crotchety person Piers Morgan imparted his thoughts on the whole matter earlier today…

…which Kimmy summarily smacked down with a burst of legit flames.

Piers attempted a weak retort, but it did not work for he was already dead.

RIP Piers.

Next, came Bette Midler, who passed on the following nugget of wisdom.

In response, Kim brought out the ether to scorch the very earth under Midler’s feet.

RIP in peace, Bette.

Finally, Kim’s attentions turned to young actress Chloe Grace Moretz, who attempted a more academic approach to the matter.

And though Moretz attempted to clarify her remarks later on…

…Kardashian applied precisely the same amount of mercy to her as she did her previous victims.

No mercy.

Dead. Gone. Absolutely RIPd.

Game, set, match Kardashian.

Let this be a lesson to all of you. If you come at the Queen, you best not miss.
