Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have welcomed a new baby son via surrogate, with Kim herself officially confirming the happy news on Twitter overnight.
“He’s here and he’s perfect!” she wrote, adding that their fourth child bears a strong resemblance to sister Chicago. “I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her.”
According to a source close to the family, the couple’s surrogate gave birth in hospital on Thursday, and both Kim and Kanye were there.
“They are ecstatic,” a friend of the family told People. “Their little boy is super cute and looks like Kim.”

News that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s surrogate was in labour was confirmed on Thursday on Ellen, when sister Kourtney stopped by for an appearance.
The couple’s other children have all met their new brother, and North is said to be the most excited. The baby remains in hospital, but is expected to be home by mother’s day on Sunday.
According to the same person, we might be close to learning their new son’s name. “They have had a name in mind, but wanted to meet the baby before they decided,” the source said.
Their daughter North is almost six, while son Saint is aged three and Chicago is aged fifteen months.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were among the celebrities who stepped out for the Met Gala earlier this week, so it has definitely been a busy couple of days for them.
