Kim Is The Latest Kardashian To Cop A Lawsuit Over Her Beauty Brand

Just days after we learned that Kylie Jenner was getting the pants sued off her for nicking a British artist’s design to use in the artwork for her upcoming reality show, Kim Kardashian is facing a trademark lawsuit over her KKW Beauty brand.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, a Danish makeup artist called Kirsten Kjaer Weiss is suing KKW Beauty for having a logo and products that are too similar to her own Kjaer Weiss, or KW, line. 

Which, y’know, fair enough – except, to be honest, they really don’t look anything alike.

TMZ says they’ve spoken to sources close to Kim K who say she consulted with a bunch of trademark lawyers before launching her wildly popular beauty range, and they all gave her the okay. 

So it seems unlikely that the Dane is going to come out on top in this one. Kylie, on the other hand… we see you, girl.
