Look, there’s been a lotta Kanye news this week (and even today) so I’m just going to lob two into the same boat for the fun of it. Kim Kardashian threw Chrissy Teigen a surprise baby shower last night for bebe No. 2 at Kris Jenner’s house… because she gotta be there in case Kanye does something again.
Then today and after Kanye tweeted about Wes (?), he got a flashy new haircut and the conservatives were left shakin’ in their boots.
And just in case you somehow missed whatever the past week was, Kanye threw a real spanner in the works when he posted a signed Make America Great Again cap which very much tickled Donald’s fancy. More happened in that day’s allotted Tweet time but that’s pretty much the crutch of it. As you can imagine, a lot followed.
Anywhoo, Chrissy’s surprise baby shower happened last night and it was actually really sweet.
Overwhelmed with love, Chrissy got tweeting.

Unlike what you’d expect from a Kardashian baby shower (like Khloé’s) Kim kept it pretty low-key for Chrissy because she’s not the biggest fan of baby showers. So instead of a rose wall, Kim invited just a coupla of Chrissy’s friends for a family dinner – most you will recognise.
In one Insta post Chrissy wrote,
“I am crazy super anti baby showers for myself. Opening gifts in front of people makes me want to die. Receiving gifts makes me very uncomfortable because I feel blessed to the max already and I really hate writing thank you cards with my poor penmanship. But people I love trick me with dinner invites and they happen. Thank you to all friends on both coasts, for knowing me exactly. A mellow night of dinner. Cake. And love. That is all I could ever want for a perfect night.”
What a legend (pun intended).
Where do you even look? The sort of smiling Kanye, that’s where you stare.
Oh, but then actor and amazing human being Brooklyn Decker and her husband Andy Roddick dropped by.
Kanye’s lost the will to smile by now.
And of course there were loads of carrot cakes, five to be precise of all different shapes and sizes.

Back in the realms of free-thinker Kanye, the man posted a picture of Parkland shooting survivor Emma González with the caption “my hero” earlier this morning which very much angered his new MAGA fans – despite them standing up for Kanye for being a …wait for it… independent, free-thinker.
Then Kanye’s following tweet was a new hair-cut with the caption, “inspired by Emma”.
