Khloé Kardashian has taken to social media to talk about her experience reliving her family’s reactions to the ongoing Tristan Thompson cheating scandal while watching a new ep of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
In a series of posts to Twitter, and a video on Instagram, Kardashian said that the episode was “an uncomfortable super emotional one” for her. Still, she goes on to say, it’s part of what she signed up for 15 seasons ago, all the way back in 2007. Ultimately the aim is to learn from her experience, and hopefully for the viewers to as well. “To relive these moments all over again is incredibly difficult emotionally but I also hope that with every trail, tribulation and curve ball life throws at us, that we ALL get to learn from our journeys.”
She finishes the post thankful for the birth of her daughter, True, concluding “Remember that you are never alone in your pain, and that everything is temporary… Be grateful for the experiences that continue to build character, and make you who you are.”

Tonight’s episode is an uncomfortable and super emotional one for me, but when we signed up for this show over a decade ago, we signed up for a reality show, which meant showing you guys inside our lives, the good, the bad and the ugly. To relive these moments all over again is incredibly difficult emotionally but I also hope that with every trail, tribulation and curve ball life throws at us, that we ALL get to learn from our journeys. Amidst the tough times, I have been blessed with the ultimate gift, my angel who has changed my life in ways I never could have imagined. Remember that you are never alone in your pain, and that everything is temporary. Pain, joy, elation, panic, anxiety, it is all temporary. Be grateful for the experiences that continue to build character, and make you who you are.

Kardashian has also posted a few teasers from the episode in her Instagram Story, including a selfie video she made for her future bub at the time, where she says: “We’re just excited to meet you. Try to hold on a little bit longer in there, you’ve been cooking very well. I love you baby.”
And of course there’s a piece to camera where she admits that she’s a bit nervous about the magic of childbirth: “It’s a terrifying thought to think oh my God I have to deliver a baby out of my vagina.”

I love filming for the show and I am proud that we are all strong and brave enough to be vulnerable BUT we have to start airing shows closer to real time. This episode is about 7 months old and it’s a lot to relive all over again But maybe I need to 🤷🏼♀️
