Following her performance in regional Victoria to aid bushfire victims, Katy Perry is reportedly on lockdown in her Sydney hotel room amid coronavirus fears.
An inside source told Daily Mail Australia that management made the decision to cancel the remainder of her press trip, including forthcoming interviews and appearances, due to the “coronavirus scare.”
The publication adds that she is now “in lockdown” in her Sydney hotel until she’s given the all clear to leave.
A celebrity photographer, who preferred to remain anonymous, also told the publication that Perry did not leave the hotel all day.
This follows reports that actor Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson had contracted the coronavirus prior to their trip to the Gold Coast for the new Elvis Presley biopic.
Perry recently announced that she’s preggerz with her first blessed bb with fiancé Orlando Bloom.
The singer made the exciting announcement in the music video for her new track, ‘Never Worn White’.
