Amber Rose is most famous as the skinhead Stripper Who Used To Date Kanye West, but after signing with Ford Models at the end of last year it looks like she’s really trying to build a legitimate modeling career – starting with a pants-on job for a New York retail magazine. But to be honest I’m pretty confused as to whether or not the model actually IS Amber Rose. The lady in the images looks like she could be white and I was kind of convinced that Amber wasn’t caucasion because let’s face it, girlfriend’s ass is far to spectacular to belong to a white girl (that’s coming from a white girl with poor excuse for a bum).
Maybe the “blackface” beauty trend that’s sprung up in a number of recent high fashion editorials (plus the recently discovered Claudia Schiffer shots by Karl Lagerfeld) has subsequently triggered “whiteface” (AKA The Michael Effect) as a reactive makeup trend. That might be a good explanation for the strangeness of Amber Rose’s look in these photographs… however I’m still not convinced…
