Kanye West has officially unfollowed Kim Kardashian and the rest of the Kardashian clan on Twitter, because he hate to see a girl boss winning.
Either Kanye is being a salty ex, or he’s taking the necessary self-care he needs to move on with his life. He’s also been busy dating Victoria Secret model Irina Shayk, so maybe he figured it was time to put all his focus on their relationship.
However, Kanye still only follows Kim on Instagram, so maybe he still wants to see her, but just doesn’t want to hear her. Fair IMO.
Kimye filed for divorce back in February of this year, and will share joint legal and physical custody of their four children: North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2.
In the latest season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim opened up about the breakdown of their marriage. The couple had been living apart, with her in LA and him on his ranch in Wyoming, and there were reports that his failed presidential run also drove a wedge.
On KUWTK he SKIMS founder said she wants Kanye West to find someone “who will support his every move and go follow him all over the place.”
Irina and the ‘Runaway’ rapper have been friends for a long time, and briefly dated before getting with his baby mama.
“Kanye was with Irina briefly before Kim. He had pursued her a long time ago,” a music-world source told Page Six.
Another source told the publication that the pairing would be great publicity for both of them.
“For Kanye, it’s about keeping up his image. … He has a stream of projects coming up,” a fashion insider said.
“Plus, this is excellent for her career. She’s a gorgeous girl, but the path to being a supermodel is sometimes dating someone very famous to put them over the top.
“Once you start being on the cover of glossy grocery-store magazines, then your name recognition goes up and your price goes up. It’s the best way to be relevant.”
To be honest, I agree with Kanye, nothing wrong with a bit of a social media spring cleaning.
