Kanye West Has Reporter Booted From NYFW For Asking Shady Kim K Question

Kanye West is known to be a controversial interviewee so you’d think that journos would tread lightly when chatting to him but nup, those U.S. reporters are savage and I bloody love it.

While on the red carpet for Ralph Lauren’s NYFW runway show and gala dinner a reporter who is believed to be from gossip site Entertainment Tonight probed West about that Instagram feud between his missus Kim Kardashian and actor Tyson Beckford.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kanye called Ralph Lauren’s PR team over and insisted that they boot the inquisitive journo out of the event, saying “Ralph Lauren would be disappointed to have a journalist ask me questions like this at his show… Either she leaves or me, you decide.”

West was so determined to have the reporter kicked out of the event that he left the premises until the PR team could confirm that she was gone. TMZ reveals that she left the event before she could be evicted.

In case you’re not following the shady happenings of the Kardashians, Kim came under fire for a comment she made on an Instagram account ironically named The Shade Room. When the fan page posted a photo of Kardashian visiting Jimmy Kimmel‘s set, Tyson Beckford left the following comments on the post:

“Sorry I don’t care for it personally” and “She is not real, doctor fucked up on her right hip.”

After noticing his reactions to her wardrobe, Kim replied with: “Sis we all know why you don’t care for it.”

Online commentators interpreted this as Kardashian outing Beckford as a gay man and using his sexuality to insult him.

At the time, Twitter users rallied against the mother-of-three, calling her comments “homophobic.”

Kim was quick to defend herself during her Real 92.3 interview and launched another tirade at Tyson. “Really, dude?” she said. “Like, you’re going to body-shame me? Like, okay. Okay. Okay, sis. You’re going to body-shame me?”

“People were sending me stuff on his page. He keeps on going and going and going, and I’m just like, dude, that’s so female lame to me. That’s just lame to me. And for anyone to say that I am homophobic with the comment of saying sis? All my best friends are gay. I support the community. I love the community, they love me, that has nothing to do with this.”
