Kanye West Designs ‘Blexit’ T-Shirts Encouraging Black People To Drop Democrats

Kanye West has reportedly designed a series of ugly-ass shirts emblazoned with the word ‘Blexit’ – short for ‘Black Exit’ – to encourage Black people to ditch the Democratic Partyas the New York Post writes.

The ‘Blexit’ movement, helmed by conservative commentator and critic of Black Lives MatterCandace Owens, is apparently for “those who have released themselves from the political orthodoxy“. I believe this to be code for Republicans, but like, Donald Trump era nu-Republicans, not Bush dynasty Republicans.

The shirts were handed out at the also conservative Young Black Leadership Summit in Washington DC over the weekend.  You can also buy them HERE for USD$25, but don’t.

While Yeezy wasn’t at the summit, run by oh, what, no way, conservative non-profit student organisation Turning Point USA, Owens said he was there “in spirit“.

Blexit is a renaissance and I am blessed to say that this logo, these colours, were created by my dear friend and fellow superhero Kanye West.

Fellow superhero? Okay. She also said that West “has taken one of the boldest steps in America to open a conversation we have needed to have”.

The release of the incredibly unattractive blue, orange and purple shirts was part of the launch of the Blexit website. The site’s chockers with testimony from Black Americans who have bailed on the Democrats, alongside weirdly angled ‘truths’ about abortion and historical instances of racism by Democratic leaders.

Of course we all already know that West is a Trump stan, visiting him in the Oval Office earlier this month to talk about such diverse topics as “male energy, Adidas, mental health, and racism, before chatting prison reform over lunch.

We also know that the Kardashians are pretty done with West’s MAGA phase, a source saying that they blame his off-kilter recent behaviour on his ongoing mental health issues.

No one close to him can tell him that he’s sounding unhinged, because his answer is that the President of the United States doesn’t think so.

OOFT.

The US midterm elections will be held on November 6.
