Justin Trudeau Once Again Lead The Toronto Pride March & Ppl Are Losing It

As a centrist politician tasked with the actual gritty nuts-and-bolts of governing, he may well be a bit milquetoast. But as a champion of social causes and a downright decent human being in a time of global political bullshittery Justin Trudeau is peerless.

One of Trudeau’s major public appearances during his first year in office was to lead Pride March celebrations across the country during the 2016 Canadian summer.
Fast forward a year and he’s only bloody gone and done it again.
The massive and extremely good and joyous Toronto Pride march took place earlier today (AUS time) throughout the downtown Toronto area, and the Canadian PM – with his family in tow – lead proceedings from the front.

Trudeau even paused to greet a grey-haired man wearing a white tutu adorned in pictures of the PM.

Cop this photo and try to tell us you feel nothing.

If that weren’t enough by itself, Trudeau even paused to say g’day to Wonder Woman.

Oh MANNNNN.

Today’s march was also significant as was attended by Perry Bellegarde, who becomes Canada’s first First Nations National Chief to attend a Pride event, recognising the spiritual importance two-spirited people hold in Canadian and American First Nations communities.
Today’s march in Toronto was also significant as it featured no official marching presence from uniformed police; an absence done at the request of organisers in response to concerns from Black Lives Matter.

Turnbull can only dream of topping this.

You’re alright by us, Canada.
