Oh man. The Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez reunion – something frankly we had all been waiting for YEARS to happen because we are sad shits who have nothing of worth in our lives – very much looks like it’s already run it’s course, meaning we now have nothing to fill our mundane lives. Sad.
Multiple sources have exclusively told Us Weekly that the couple are donezo, mainly because Selena’s mum has apparently never approved of the rekindling and has therefore put pressure on the pair.
“Selena and Justin decided to take a break mainly because of Selena’s mom and her disapproval of Justin,” a source told the publication. “Justin’s family loves Selena, but Selena’s family has put her in a very conflicting spot because they still don’t trust Justin.”
Apparently Selena’s made an effort to change her family’s minds, but it’s not working.
“Selena has tried to convince her family that Justin has changed … but her family just isn’t budging right now.”
Selena’s always been close with her family – and her mother in particular. So this rumour isn’t unbelievable.
Her relationship with Justin has really affected her relationship with her mom, and it’s been hard for her because she is super close with her mom. Her mom was her rock when she was having her health complications. Justin and Selena decided to take a break to give her family some more time to heal and take in the idea of her and Justin being a couple again.
Basically – if this is all legit, it’s off… for now. Not forever.
