The latest trailer for Justice League has crash-landed, and we can tell you one thing right now: there are worse ways to kick-start your week than watching an airborne Jason Momoa hurl a trident into some bad guy’s thorax.
Momoa’s mouthy Aquaman joins Batman (Ben Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Cyborg (Ray Fisher), and The Flash (Ezra Miller) in the latest peek at DC’s hero ensemble.
It’s packed full of all the grungy, rust-coloured explosions you’ve cone to expect of this particular cinematic universe. Hell, there may even be more than usual, to make up for the conspicuous absence of Henry Cavill’s Superman.
The clip is also set to Gang Of Youths‘ cover of the David Bowie mainstay Heroes. Two thoughts immediately come to mind: Gang Of Youths sounds like it should be the title of a comic series, and this homegrown link may just convince Aussie fans to check out the flick when it arrives on November 16.
