The very good part of the internet has helped make a girl’s dream come true after chemotherapy got in the way of seeing the Jonas Brothers live in concert.

Lily Jordan uses her Instagram to openly document her cancer journey. She has battled six recurrences of osteosarcoma and has lost her left leg as a result.
Over the weekend, Lily tagged the Jonas Brothers in a post on Instagram and explained that she was supposed to be at their Hersheypark concert in Pennsylvania but was forced to give it a miss because of her chemotherapy treatment.
“If y’all wanted to pop in I’ll give you my room number,” she joked.
“Seriously though I wish I was seeing the JoBros so bad,” Lily continued. So she asked her friends and strangers on the internet to help spread the word by using #lilyseesthejonasbrotherschallenge2019.
And with the internet being the internet, Lily’s dream came true. Ahead of their concert the next night, the Jonas Brothers dropped by Lily’s hospital room to chat, take a heap of piccies, and sign her things.
“The power of social media you guys,” she captioned the special meet and greet. “YOU did this. YOU made my crappy chemo session into something incredibly special and unforgettable. Thank you, thank you, thank you @jonasbrothers for taking time out of your day to come pay me a visit. Literally made my life.”
Nick’s wife Priyanka Chopra also came by to take a couple of pics with Lily and her family.
Also, there’s video if you want to cry a little. In it, Kevin thanked Lily for inviting them over and said his entire social media feed was full of the hashtag. And Joe asked about Lily’s favourite JoBros song so they could dedicate it to her at the concert.

On her original post on Instagram, Lily added a postscript thanking everyone for all the love and support.
“The amount of love and support I started feeling as soon as I posted this on my story made my heart so full and warm. It’s all because of you guys so thanks because y’all are the best ever.”
