Pete Davidson’s Tattoo Artist Tried To Talk Him Out Of Getting Ariana Ink

Since Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande‘s whirlwind romance kicked off lo those many months ago, both parties have cemented their love with several tattoos.

The SNL star got Ari’s bunny ear symbol inked behind his ear and her initials ‘AG’ on his thumb.

They also both got hand tatts in the exact same spot, with his reading ‘Reborn’ and hers reading ‘HTGKMO’ (meaning ‘honest to god knock me out’) to celebrate their love.

Meanwhile, Davidson had a massive tatt of his ex-GF Cazzie David‘s face removed by asking his tattoo artist to cover it with a forest of trees.

Now, said tattoo dude, John Mesa has revealed that even he thinks Pete needs to cool it with the coupley tatts, at least until he and Grande are officially hitched.

“So I did a huge coverup [adding a forest of trees],” he told Page Six. “After we were done, I told Pete, ‘Hey, dude, let’s just stop with the girlfriend tatts until after [Grande’s] your wife.’ Because relationships come and go, and Pete is a really young man. [But] I think that went in one ear and out the other.”

That’s some pretty sage advice, if you ask us!

As for whether or not the couple are the real deal, Mesa says that Pete is 3000 per cent (excuse the pun) into Grande.

“They are just riding that magical wave of bliss together,” he says. “It’s obvious that Pete is super in love with Ariana.”
