Anyway, both parties have updated their respective Instagram accounts with snapshots of the moment he got around to “locking it down” over the weekend. It’s quite sweet, and anyone with even a half-active imagination should get around to observing the photos and picturing themselves in that situation. It’s all there: a sunset, a sensible grey sweater, and some subtle luminescence around both of ’em. Bliss.

Taking to his Instagram Story, A-Rod thanked fans for their support of their relationship.
“There aren’t many words to share with you, only feelings,” he said. “Gratitude. Excitement. And just… Joy.”
“We know there is work to do to keep building a family and future we can be proud of, and we cant do it without all of you.
“We are so thankful for all your messages of love and congratulations.”
The new images come just a couple of days after Lopez showcased an image of the ring itself, which contains a rock so large it may have actually impacted the tides in those photos.
The duo have been dating for about two years. Expect more softly-lit photos to emerge in the next 24 months, and presumably until Instagram collapses.
