Like any rational individual, former Mad Men star January Jones loves to pour herself a big old glass of red wine and get tipsy with The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.
During a recent appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden, she revealed that she’s pretty thirsty for former Bachelor bachelor Ben Higgins, which, look, is entirely fair enough …
She also told the host that she’s “grooming” herself to the be the next Bachelorette, which would be her dream gig. Her publicist, however, isn’t keen on the idea. “She says I would ruin my career,” Jones explained. “I [got] shot down.”
Speaking of “shot down”, can you even imagine how utterly goddamn amazing it would be if tough nut Betty Draper was allowed to systematically crush the hopes and dreams of a dozen or more suitors?
Normally, to be The Bachelorette, you have to run the gamut of The Bachelor first, but the producers would probably let January Jones skip that step, because c’mon, how amazing would it be to get her on the show?
