Jamie-Lynn Spears Reckons Elon Musk Owes Her ‘A Couple Cats’ After They Died In Tesla Accidents

In extremely normal news, former Zoey 101 star Jamie-Lynn Spears has dubbed Tesla a “silent cat killer” in a weird series of videos basically blaming Elon Musk for a number of her now-deceased pets.

You might want to grab yourself a coffee and sit down for this one because there’s a lot to unpack here.

Jamie-Lynn – sister of pop royalty Britney Spears – took to Instagram on Friday to call out Tesla in a now-deleted video.

“I know there’s much bigger things going on in the world right now, but somebody’s gotta let Elon Musk know that the Tesla is a secret cat killer and it’s a problem that we really got to fix,” she said.

“We have now lost—I don’t even want to tell you how many cats.”

Spears also asserted that Tesla founder and world’s richest man Elon Musk personally owes her a couple of cats, noting that there’s some…uhh, user error involved too.

“I mean, you owe me a couple cats,” she said, speaking to Tesla CEO Elon Musk. “And yes, I’m fully aware that there’s some user error involved in this, but I’m just saying, you know, collaborate, save some cats’s lives.”

But our Zoey 101 queen wasn’t just going to point out a problem without helping to find a solution, no. Jamie-Lynn also offered some handy hints to Musk, who is basically the IRL, slighty-fucked up Jimmy Neutron at this point.

“Since the Tesla is so quiet, maybe he could like make one of those noises that bothers like cats or animal ears when it cranks up,” she said. “That way they know something’s happening and they aren’t caught off guard and things don’t end in a very tragic way.”

As you’d expect, the internet collectively lost their minds over the video, calling Jamie-Lynn a “serial cat killer”, prompting her to clear the whole thing up on her Instagram Story.

“1) I did not run over any cats. 2) TESLA is not to be blamed, and was never intended to be. 3) User error is admittedly involved. 4) We always check for animals before moving vehicle. 5) I was only making a suggestion about something I think would be extremely helpful, and the geniuses at Tesla are the best to go to for said issue. xoxoxo,” she wrote.

It’s a god-awful thing to happen to anyone (and any cat), so you’ve gotta feel for poor Jamie-Lynn, who has dealt with this on multiple occasions.

But after the whole ordeal blew up on social media, she even chucked in a sneaky endorsement that Elon Musk would be stupid not to use in his next add.

“Here’s ya quote… I friggin love my Tesla – Jamie-Lynn Spears.”
