J.K. Rowling Would Like Neville Longbottom To Keep His Neville Longfrontem Sheathed

Unexpected side effect of writing a series of wildly popular YA fantasy novels – when they get made into movies, chances are the original cast of kids will grow up to be good looking adults.

Sometimes those adults whom you first met when they were pudgy teens do magazine covers where they get their rig out. And then you just kinda… have to… y’know… deal with that.
Matthew Lewis – whom you know affectionately as the cocooning butterfly Neville Longbottom – graces the cover of Attitude Magazine this month, and the results are, well… This.
Not *too* bad in and of itself, sure. But it’s the inside spread that really gives a close look at his inside spread.
Bloody hell, Matt. Is that a wand in your underwear? Or are you just stoked on your ginormous dong?
Now put yourselves in J.K. Rowling‘s shoes when this particular eyeful crops up on your Twitter feed without warning. Like an embarrassed Mum, she reacted thusly.

Equus” of course being the play during which Daniel Radcliffe famously revealed his Chamber of Secrets for all to see – including Rowling.

The awkwardness. It is profound.

‘Course, unless you happen to secretly be the author of a wildly successful YA book series and subsequent film franchise, then you can more or less feel completely free to go ahead and enjoy this particular array of pixels in any which way you fancy.

Just make sure to never forget your history, is all.
