Well, the day that all our Kardashian-loving readers were dutifully waiting for, and the day that all our Kardashian-hating readers were dutifully dreading, has arrived.
Kim Kardashian West has officially returned to Instagram, after a quarter-of-a-year hiatus.
Yep, it’s been three months nearly to the day that Kim went through the completely terrifying and undoubtedly traumatic experience of being held at gunpoint by masked intruders.
Ever since the incident in a Parisian hotel room – during which three men tied the reality star up, threatened her, and robbed her of millions of dollars worth of jewellery – Kim has been silent on social media.

Since then, Kim‘s husband Kanye West suffered a nervous breakdown while on tour, and spent 10 days in rehabilitation in a Los Angeles medical centre.
Considering a large amount of the Kardashian family’s insane fortune has been built through social media, the hiatus seemed like forever, and fans in the comments are losing their damn minds over her return.
Kardashian returned to Insta with a film photograph of her, Kanye and their two children North and Saint. It’s simply titled ‘family’.
Kardashian also relaunched her website and app for the first time in months, posting a similarly-gorgeous family video on her app.
