Have you ever heard of 32 year old Melbourne rapper R.A.E.D? During the Great Meme Wars of 2009 he rose to youtube semi-fame with a collection of music videos that included lines like “Fuckin need a jacuzzi” and strippers, drawing comparisons to fellow viral rap star your boi Bangs.
Toward the end of 2009 R.A.E.D. was the subject of a documentary entitled Still Flowin’, and now the story of his rise to… something… has been adapted into a feature film called still flowin the movie, a concept that we’ve already seen from rappers like Eminem (8 Mile and 50 Cent (Get Rich Or Die Tryin). According to a statement from R.A.E.D. the following trailer is “just the commercial but we in the studio fixing and adjust the sound levels and edits will be soon ready and movie is complete.”
