Influencer Who Took Part In Viral TikTok Toilet-Licking Challenge Says He Contracted COVID-19

In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, a group of influencers came under fire for taking part in the viral toilet-licking challenge.

TikTok user @avalouiise challenged gag reflexes everywhere when she uploaded a video of herself licking the toilet seat of an airplane and captioning it “CORONAVIRUS CHALLENGE”.

It was taken down by either TikTok or Ava but not before it was picked up by a Twitter meme account where it has racked up millions of views.

Now, a California-based influencer who participated in the viral toilet-licking challenge claims to have tested positive for coronavirus.

The wannabe social media star, known as Larz and GayShawnMendes on Twitter, announced the diagnosis on Twitter, saying, “I tested positive for Coronavirus.”

In the clip, posted on March 20, Larz is seen performing the task in a public bathroom.

“RT to spread awareness for the Coronavirus :),” the tweet read, as reported by The Daily Mail.

Although his Twitter has been suspended, he ‘grams at @larz.
