Early on in the episode, Dipper had a secret mission to wear makeup and get away with doing so undetected. The reward was spices, herbs, and salt and pepper.
For blush, he was busted, but with eyeliner and lipstick he managed to pass. That doesn’t mean he actually looked good, though.
