This season of I’m A Celeb is really living up to its creepy crawly theme as the 2021 season only just kicked off and there’s already been several sexist moments, thanks to the CREEPY CRAWLY men on the show.
Last night’s ep began by revealing that Abbie Chatfield slept in comedian Ash Williams’ sleeping bag. Cute, right? Think again.
Shortly after, singer and model Alli Simpson enters the camp and Ash tells the lads that he regrets getting with Abbie ‘cos he’d rather hit on Alli, saying her arrival into the camp is “one day too late.”
He has a lil pow-wow with the other blokes in the camp and it’s very year 10 P.E. Grow up, mates.
“Yeah it’s very tough because in all seriousness, like, she is way more my type,” Ash told Grant Denyer, referring to Alli Simpson.

“A mere six hours after someone left your bed,” Grant responds.
Celebrity chef Colin Fassnidge then weighs in, reminding Ash that viewers will turn on him if he hurts Abbie and too fkn late.
“You’ve got to be careful, though. If you break Australia’s sweetheart’s heart,” he said.
Ash says he feels like “Ridge on The Bold and The Beautiful. I’m in a bit of a bind. I don’t know what I’m going to do.”
He goes on to tell the guys that he regrets telling Abbie that he enjoyed their evening together.
“So this morning, I was sitting by the fire and I said, ‘Last night’s cuddle was good.’ I said, ‘You know, maybe we could do that again,’” he said.
Ash’s comments were met with universal backlash from viewers who called him out for his treatment of the younger ladies.

Need I remind you that this is not the first sexist incident to occur this season.
Last week, viewers called out footy alum Robert ‘Dipper’ DiPierdomenico for slut-shaming Bachelor star Abbie Chatfield.
It all went down when Dipper told a bikini-clad Abbie that he wouldn’t let his daughter walk around wearing what she wears (ugh).
“You’re not going out like that,” he said to his I’m A Celeb co-star.
“[It’s like] when a father sees her daughter grow up, and you go out to see your boyfriend or whatever, and goes out with a mini skirt. We’re protective of you girls being hurt. It’s like you’re seeking attention and asking for it.”
In the latest episode of Abbie’s podcast, It’s A Lot, Abbie revealed that Dipper has since apologised to her for his comments. Now it’s Ash’s turn, I reckon.
