Two years after the cancellation of Aussie talent series The X Factor, the former judges are locked in a public feud and it’s spicy as hell.

It all started when Australian Idol winner Guy Sebastian slammed Iggy Azalea in yesterday’s issue of Stellar magazine, claiming that her work ethic was subpar.

“Iggy wouldn’t rock up,” he said, adding, “And when she did, she’d just roll her eyes. I hated it. I really struggled that year.”

Iggy joined the judging panel in the show’s eighth and final season along withQueen collaborator Adam Lambert and Spice Girls singer Mel B.

“It was just childish with all the bickering,” he said.

“You had the guest judges who weren’t invested – and audiences aren’t stupid, they can see that.”

Mere hours after the release of the issue, Iggy fired off a cryptic tweet that was most defo aimed at Guy.

“I don’t actually give a fuck about other people’s opinions; I just can’t turn down the chance to tell someone they’re a dumb bitch. It’s in my blood & there is no cure!” She tweeted.

The series suffered a major ratings slump during Azalea’s first season and led to the cancellation of the Australian branch of the international series.

Despite all this behind the scenes tea going down in 2016, three whole years ago, it appears that the judges still harbour bad blood for each other.

Sebastian went on to continue his domination of Aussie talent shows after taking Joe Jonas’ place as judge on Channel Nine’s The Voice.

He tells the publication that sharing the judging panel with Delta Goodrem, Boy George and Kelly Rowland was a much better experience.

The judges “genuinely like each other” and had no “snarkiness” between them, he maintains, which was a far cry from the now-defunct X Factor Australia.
