Inspired by a 2016 New York Magazine article, Hustlers centers on a gang of ex strip club workers who join forces to take down their wealthy Wall Street clients, scamming them out of thousands of dollarydoos.

Jennifer Lopez leads a cast of qweens including Crazy Rich Asians actress Constance Wu, Riverdale‘s Lili Reinhart, ’90s legend Julia Stiles, Scream Queens star Keke Palmer, flute-wielding goddess Lizzo and one Cardi B.

The film marks Cardi’s cinematic debut and it’s a particularly poignant one for the singer as she has been very open about her past as a stripper in New York before kicking off her music career.

Lopez plays Ramona, a fur-coat wearing exotic dancer. Wu portrays Destiny, a shopaholic who loves to party. Meanwhile, Reinhart’s character, Annabelle, is depicted as a selfie-taking homebody who’s also taking to the stage to make ends meet.

Cardi plays a stripper named Diamond and Keke plays the badass Mercedes.
