Like clockwork, TikToker Hunter ‘Echo’ Ecimovic has somewhat apologised for going on Instagram Live and speaking about his alleged relationship with Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown.
After pictures of the two kissing surfaced on social media earlier this week, Ecimovic took to his Instagram to address the rumours he allegedly dated Brown when she was 16 and he was 20.
In the Instagram Live, Ecimovic claimed he lived with Brown for eight months and that her “mum and dad knew about everything.”
He alluded that his alleged relationship with Brown was sexual and made crude comments about the actor.
“She knew how to suck that dick,” Ecimovic said laughing.
At one point, after being accused of grooming Brown in the live comments, Ecimovic replied smiling: “I know, I groomed her.”
After being absolutely skewered online, Ecimovic deleted his Instagram but not before portions of his stream were shared widely across social media.

In a new TikTok, Ecimovic apologised for going live on Instagram when he clearly shouldn’t have.
“It should have never happened in the first place,” he explained. “I probably live-streamed for two to three hours and in those two to three hours, I was getting more and more drunk.”
Ecimovic, who is now reportedly 21, said that he became more and more irritated after he saw the negative comments on his Instagram Live grow.
“I became more careless. I said stuff that should have never been said,” he continued. “That’s how I decided to handle it.”
Ecimovic addressed the portions of his Instagram Live that have gone viral elsewhere and said it was “people trying to make it ten times worse.”
“There’s already stories that are completely not correct, or never said, it’s all being fabricated because that’s what happens apparently – but half of it is you guys are spreading stuff that’s not true at all. And you guys are like taking that information and running with it,” he said.
“The livestream I am sorry for. I’m not proud of how I spoke – it was very immature, it looked horrible on my family, looked horrible on me, looked horrible on my friends. I am sorry for doing that livestream.”
Ecimovic said he should have ended it the moment “I started getting bad.”
“I said what I said and I can’t take that back. I just want you to know that I’m not okay with what I said, I’m not trying to justify it at all.”

Despite his apology, Ecimovic maintained his claim that he dated Brown when she was 16.
In the comments of the TikTok, he wrote “four years isn’t a big deal.”
“I never groomed her. I never put pressure on her to like me? So crazy how you guys care about other people’s lives this much,” he said.
Hunter, mate.
Millie Bobby Brown’s team said in a statement yesterday that Ecimovic’s claims are “not only dishonest, but also are irresponsible, offensive and hateful.”
At the time, the actor’s representatives said they would be taking action against Ecimovic to ensure he stops this “behaviour once and for all.”
And hey, I guess they did.
