Hillary Clinton Has Finally Weighed In On The Rock And Vin Diesel’s Feud

Hillary Clinton, The Rock, Vin Diesel

If you happened to be wondering just where Hillary Clinton stands on the bitter feud between Vin Diesel and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, well, you can finally put your mind at ease, as she has thankfully now clarified her position on the matter.

The trouble began when Johnson took to Instagram to label an unnamed Fate Of The Furious co-star as a “chicken shit” and a “candy ass” – it later became clear who he was talking about, especially when he left Diesel’s name out of a lengthy post thanking the cast and crew. The two have been subtly and not-so-subtly taking cracks at one-another since then.

When the former US Secretary of State was asked the very important question about the disunity amongst the Fast cast, she gave a surprisingly detailed answer, saying that both men are “masters of high-octane action” before making a passionate call for peace and unity. You can see her answer several minutes into the below clip from The Late Show With Stephen Colbert:

Dwayne Johnson has a very busy few years ahead of him, with a slate of upcoming films including sequels to Suicide SquadSan Andres and Jumanji as well as the comic book film Black Adam, to name a few.

Vin Diesel is locked in for at least two more Fast films and xXx 4 – he also plays the role of Groot in The Guardians Of The Galaxy, although the fate of the third film remains up in the air, and his part in the upcoming Avengers remains unknown.

Hillary Clinton does not have any major action movie roles in the pipeline, although funnily enough, she has appeared on episodes of Madam Secretary and the rebooted Murphy Brown this year. She has said she will remain active in the Democratic party but is unlikely to run for office again.
