Here’s The Shaky, “Leaked” Trailer For ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ From Comic Con

Honest to dog, keeping up with all the developments from the San Diego Comic Con is almost as physically tiring as being at Comic Con in person.

And that’s even doubly true given the absolute myriad of comic book films making their way to big screens over the coming months. What with your Deadpool‘s and your Suicide Squad‘s and your Batman vs Superman‘s and whatnot, you’d think those few alone would be more than enough to whet the appetite for upcoming cinema.
But OH NO. There’s still more bombs to be dropped from the annual, sprawling mecca of all things pop culture/comic/cultish.
The teaser trailer for next year’s X-Men: Apocalypse was shown to a raucous reception at the hallowed Hall H at Comic Con. Though no “official” version of the trailer has hit the internet just yet, with these panels nowadays it’s always a mere matter of time before someone uploads a version they sneakily shot on their smartphones – managing to cut half the frame off in the process.
And lo! Behold!

[Editor’s Note: Video has since been deleted]

There’s nothing really major in terms of plot giveaway here, but all we know is for Professor X’s favourite mutant misfits peril awaits. Great peril!
Who will survive? And what will be left of them?
TUNE IN MAY 26th, 2016 TO FIND OUT.
On a completely and utterly unrelated note, and only because I feel very strongly this warrants great attention, but is not enough to carry an article in its own right – here’s the greatest, digging-deep-into-the-barrel-est cosplay from SDCC this year.

Nailed. It.
