A Harry Potter fanboy in his 20s (alarm bells!) was arrested Saturday afternoon after he stabbed a fellow Comic-Con attendee near the eye with a pen. Prompted by a level of territorial nerdiness befitting of Comic-Con or Risk, the stabbing occurred after a seating dispute at the “Resident Evil: Afterlife” panel. FACT. San Diego Police Officer David Stafford said the victim was taken to hospital with a minor cut while the attacker was booked for assault with a deadly weapon.
